All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belong to indeedpremium.in only. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.

General Rule: Jobseekers and recruiters need to be aware that this job portal operates as a venue only and does not introduce or supply job-seekers to recruiters (or vice versa). This means that we do not:

 # get adequate information for potential recruiters to select a suitable job-seeker for the position which the recruiter seeks to fill

 # get confirmation of the identity of a job-seeker or that they have the experience, training, qualifications or authorization to work in the position to be filled or that they wish to undertake the role to be filled;

 # take any steps to ensure the job-seeker and recruiter are each aware of any requirement imposed by law;

 # take up any references in relation to a job–seeker or;

 # make any arrangements for accommodation of job–seekers

Since we are only a venue and do not introduce job-seekers to recruiters or vice versa, it is recommended that, if you are a job-seeker you undertake the steps to ensure your suitability for the role advertised or, if you are a recruiter, to ensure a job-seeker suitability for the role.

 1. If you are a job-seeker; checking the identity of the recruiter and the nature of its business, the commencement date and duration of the position, the position to be filled including type of work, location, hours and risks to health and safety, experience, training, qualifications and authorization which the recruiter considers necessary or are required by law or otherwise to undertake the position, whether any expenses are payable by you as a job-seeker or whether there are any requirements imposed by law or otherwise for you to satisfy before taking up a position.

 2. If you are a recruiter; checking the identity of the job-seeker and that the job-seeker has the experience, training, qualifications and authorization required by law or otherwise for the position and whether there are any requirements imposed by law or otherwise for you, as the recruiter, to meet to enable a job-seeker to take up a position. In addition, where professional qualifications are required or where job-seekers are to work with vulnerable persons or children, you should obtain copies of the relevant qualifications or authorization, obtain at least two references from people who are not relatives of the job-seeker and undertake a criminal records bureau check of the job-seeker.

If any Services to be used within any time period specified on the Order Form are not used within that period of time they may not be carried over into any subsequent period without our prior written consent. The Customer will be responsible for payment for any unused Services.

All prices exclude VAT. All invoices are payable within 28 days from invoice date. Late payment will entitle us to suspend provision of Services.

As per our agreement with the member the Member shall be responsible for going for the interview on his/her own cost when fixed by indeedpremium.in or its channel partner also member would be responsible for taking up calls and reverting on Emails and Messages related to job interviews which has been initiated by our team and its channel partners. Failing in doing the above task indeedpremium.in will not be responsible for refund which is guaranteed in any of the product of our website.

In case it is found that member has given incorrect information related for his/her Salary Package/Work Experience/Education/Family/Reference, indeedpremium.in will cancel the agreement and member will not be entitled for any refund against guarantee or refund against amount which has been paid at the time of agreement.

 # We do not sell or share personal information about you with other people (save with your consent) or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested unless we are given permission.

 # Information is only provided to our trusted partners who work on behalf of or with "Indeed Premium" under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help "Indeed Premium" communicate with you about offers from "Indeed Premium" and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

 # Indeed Premium advertisers include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, and software companies).

 # Indeed Premium works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business. 

 # You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

The Company may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect, without prior notice to the Member and without further prejudice to all other rights:

 # If in the opinion of the Company, the Member has breached any of the terms or conditions of this agreement.

 # If, in the opinion of the Company or any regulatory authority, it is not in the public interest to continue providing the Service to the Member for any reason.

 # If the Member is declared bankrupt or the Member enters into any compromise or arrangement with its creditors.

 # Harasses or advocates harassment of another person.

 # It is patently offensive to the online community, any such content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.

 # Involves unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming", the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters"

 # Promotes any information that is misleading, is false or that promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous.

 # Promotes unauthorized or an illegal copy of another persons copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices

 # Contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page)

 # Displays pornographic or obscene or sexually explicit material of any kind

 # Provides any kind of instructional information about illegal activities such as violating someones privacy, making or buying illegal weapons, or providing or creating computer viruses, or hacking

 # Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, www.indeedpremium.in, liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to www.indeedpremium.in for the Service during the term of membership.

This Agreement and any dispute or matter arising from incidental use, indeedpremium.in is governed by the laws of India and the Member and the Company hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India. This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the indeedpremium.in service, contains the entire agreement between you and regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
